Do I need to know BPMN?
No. Start from a template or describe the process to the AI. The diagram is there when you want the control.
What counts as a run?
One process from start to finish: one customer conversation, one invoice, one booking. When you reach your plan's limit, new runs pause until next month or until you upgrade. You are never billed extra.
How is this different from Zapier or Make?
Zapier and Make pass data from one app to the next. EW-Flow draws the whole process: conversations with customers on WhatsApp, chat and phone, decisions, waiting for approvals and handing over to people. Your data stays in the EU, and missing integrations can be built by the AI.
Does it work with WhatsApp Business?
Yes, through Twilio, an official WhatsApp Business provider. You connect your own Twilio account and number, so Twilio and Meta bill their message fees to you directly, at their prices.
What if my tool isn't on the list?
You have two options. Connect it with a step that calls its API. Or ask the AI to build a dynamic module: a new integration just for your workspace. It adds new steps to the editor, such as Check stock, that you use like any other. See the plans page for which plans include dynamic modules.
