43 integrations ready to add to a process, any REST API from a step, and dynamic modules for everything else.
All integrations
Twilio4 modules
SMS and WhatsApp conversations with files, phone calls, one-off messages, verification codes and number lookup.
SelectedOpenAI7 modules
Chat, agents that call your steps, audio, images, files and vector stores, batch jobs and realtime sessions. Each part is set up with its own key.
SelectedACS Email
Send emails from your own Azure Communication Services resource, using the workspace's HTML email templates or inline HTML/text, with {variable} personalization and storage-file attachments.
SelectedACS Phone
Azure Communication Services telephony including call automation and TTS
SelectedAculab Phone
Aculab Cloud voice channel: its own call start ({call}) and transcription / recording starts for handler workflows, Output / Input / End / SendToAgent for telephony, plus voice-specific tasks (advanced Input with speech and/or DTMF, Record, Sleep, Reject, Live Transcription).
SelectedDiscord
Discord integration: sessions from a slash command, replies with a Reply button, embeds and buttons, notifications to channels
SelectedGmail
A Gmail mailbox as a workflow channel: matching emails start the process, the flow replies in the same thread and waits for the answer.
SelectedPost on LinkedIn as the connected member or as a company page (text, image or link), read, list and delete posts, comment on and react to them; read the member's profile and the pages they administer; read page follower counts, follower gains and organic post statistics.
SelectedMailKit
Send emails through your own SMTP server or email provider (Microsoft 365, Gmail, SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES…): one email, or one per row of a list, with the workspace's HTML email templates, {variable} personalization and attachments.
SelectedSlack
Slack integration: sessions from direct messages and mentions, threaded conversations, Block Kit messages and notifications
SelectedIntent Classifier
Machine learning intent classification powered by ML.NET. Models are trained per environment at deploy time and persisted via the engine-shared workspace data store.
SelectedCore Tasks
Core workflow tasks: language, switch, string normalization, set variable, set tag, HTTP, files, delay, log, throw error, and chat services.
SelectedDate & Time
Date and time utilities for workflows, organised into four operation-driven tasks: Get Date (read/parse/build), Transform Date (shift, round, period boundaries, time-zone conversion, business-day math), Extract Date (format, parts, difference, locale-aware humanization, relative phrases, age), and Check Date (branching gateway: compare, expiry, business-day, schedule window, SLA deadline, validation). Locale falls back to the running execution's UserLanguage (set by StandardModule.LanguageTask).
SelectedFile Storage
The workspace's file store, shared by people and flows. Every file field of every module reads and writes it with ref-storage:name; these tasks save a flow's file (replacing it only if nobody changed it meanwhile), delete and list files. Each task's Save location picks a per-environment copy (default) or the workspace-shared area; both are browsable in the portal Storage view. Work on spreadsheet contents with File Query.
SelectedForms
Headless forms: any web form posts to this environment's endpoint and starts the flow, with spam protection built in (honeypot, render token, Tor and network blocks, rate limits, validation).
SelectedJavaScript
Sandboxed JavaScript (Jint 4) with optional HTTP allow-list.
SelectedScheduler
Time-based workflow control. Six single-purpose tasks: Delay (WaitFor) / WaitUntil pause the current execution; ScheduleRecurring / ScheduleOnce trigger fresh executions on a schedule; ScheduleReminder schedules a future fresh execution with custom data, linked to its originator via RootExecutionId; Reminder start is where that execution begins, with the data as {reminder}. v2.1 adds BeforeReference / AfterReference reminder modes and a friendly date/time picker for absolute reminders.
SelectedCalendly
Start workflows from Calendly bookings, cancellations, reschedules, no-shows, routing forms, contacts and Notetaker recaps; find slots, share booking and custom links, create one-off meetings, book, cancel and mark no-shows; manage event types and their availability, contacts and recaps; read routing forms, members, groups and teams; invite and remove members; search the activity log and delete data (Enterprise).
SelectedCRM
Create, read, query, update, delete and link CRM records from a process.
SelectedFile Query
Query and change Excel and CSV files from a flow: filter, pick and compute columns (regex included), group, sort, update, delete and add rows. Files stay in storage; the session only holds their reference.
SelectedFirecrawl
Read the web from a workflow through Firecrawl: a page as clean markdown, the list of a site's pages, web search results, or structured data extracted from a page with an AI prompt.
SelectedGoogle Calendar
Start workflows when an event is created, changed or canceled in a Google calendar, or when an event is about to start; find, create, update and delete events, add Google Meet links, answer invitations, list calendars and find free slots.
SelectedGoogle Drive
Google Drive integration: list files, read file content (with Google Workspace export and base64 binary mode), and upload files using a service account, with optional Workspace user impersonation via domain-wide delegation.
SelectedGoogle Sheets
Read and write Google Sheets from flows: rows as objects keyed by the header row, lookups, appends and updates by header name, deletes, raw ranges, CSV export, new spreadsheets and tabs. Connect a Google account with one click, or use a service-account key.
SelectedIBM i (AS/400)
Work with an IBM i (AS/400) from a flow: query and change DB2 for i tables, call RPG/CL programs and SQL procedures, run CL commands, and exchange entries with data queues.
SelectedMicrosoft SQL
Read and write a Microsoft SQL Server database from a flow: query rows, run statements, call stored procedures and insert records in bulk. Works with Azure SQL, SQL Server on premises and SQL Managed Instance.
SelectedMongoDB
Read and write your own MongoDB database from a flow: find, count, distinct values and aggregation pipelines; insert, update, replace and delete documents, with the flow's variables bound into the queries.
SelectedMySQL
Read and write a MySQL or MariaDB database from a flow: find, insert, update and delete rows without SQL, or run your own statement with variables bound as parameters.
SelectedOdoo
Work with Odoo from a workflow through its JSON-RPC API: create, read, update, delete, search and count records of any model (contacts, leads, orders, invoices, tasks...), and call any model method.
SelectedPostgreSQL
Query and change your own PostgreSQL database from a flow: SQL with safe {variables}, or Find, Insert, Update and Delete records without writing SQL.
SelectedRedis
Read and write a Redis server from a workflow: keys with expiry, counters, hashes, lists, sets and Pub/Sub messages. Share state between runs, rate-limit, lock, queue work and talk to other systems through your own Redis.
SelectedSalesforce
Read and write Salesforce records from your flows: SOQL queries and SOSL searches, create, update, upsert and delete records, describe objects and read API limits, or call any REST resource of the org. Sign in once with Connect Salesforce, or use your own connected app's client credentials.
SelectedShopify
Start workflows from Shopify webhooks (orders placed, paid, fulfilled or cancelled, customers and products changed, inventory updates, refunds…); read, find, create and update products, stock, orders and customers; cancel, close and fulfil orders; run any Admin GraphQL query.
SelectedWebhooks
Webhooks both ways: public endpoints that start a process when another system calls them (GitHub, Stripe, Shopify, your own apps), a Send webhook task that notifies other systems with signed, retried deliveries, and a Wait for webhook step that pauses a flow until a callback arrives.
SelectedNo integration matches your search. Not on the list? You can describe it to the AI. How it works
How integrations work.
Three steps, the same for every integration.
- 1
Add it to a process
Pick the integration's step in the editor and drop it into the diagram.
- 2
Add your keys
Paste your API keys once in the environment. They are stored encrypted and never shown in the process.
- 3
Run it
Try it in the test chat, then switch the process on.
Not on the list? Describe it.
Connect it with a step that calls its API. Or ask the AI to build a dynamic module: a new integration just for your workspace. It adds new steps to the editor, such as Check stock, that you use like any other.
