What counts as a run?
One process from start to finish: one customer conversation, one invoice, one booking. When you reach your plan's limit, new runs pause until next month or until you upgrade. You are never billed extra.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes. An upgrade starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
What is a dynamic module?
A new integration built just for your workspace, by the AI assistant or your developers. It adds new steps to the editor that you use like any other. The table above shows how many each plan includes.
Do you offer custom pricing for large teams?
